We can help you create SLAs with your suppliers and customers, they can clearly define the priorities, quality, procedures and penalties to make a clear understanding between customer and supplier.
RFIs - Request for Information
 
When you have decided on a new project, where you need to buy in support services or third party products, we can write down your business requirements and research information form prospective suppliers.
 
RFPs - Request for Proposals

Business Modeling
 
To integrate the parties together a clear understand of each business process is required.
 
TD Consulting can provided detailed business modeling of the parties, using industry standard modeling techniques and work with management in modeling the new combined business, which will be unambiguous so not open to misinterpretation. To transform your business, you first need to know how you business currently runs. Often this is kept in the minds of the work force. Strategy
 
After an agreement a new strategy is required to include all parties.
 
The strategy can be an evolution of the mother companies current strategy, or may require a fresh approach. In both situations TD Consulting can provide independent advice of best practices to support he new business moving forward. Considerations may include dealing with new locations, new languages, new business requirements, larger capacities, different time zones, different cultures, different procedures, different technologies, changes in resources & relocations.
 
Analysis & Design
Now that you have an updated business model and Strategy a detailed design is required, for a later in-house implementation or for tendering.
 
TD Consulting can gather analysis of solutions through RFI – Request for Information processes and create designs working closely with in-house teams to create a technical design, which can be tendered for. The design would include: Componentisation , Iteration planning , Test planning , Architecture , Implementation , Support, Operations and Vendor list.
Staff Evaluation
 
Staff need to be motivated trained and directed in a direction most suitable for the business and their skills. We can help you develop a staff evaluation programme, which will help the business understand what the staff do and help the staff understand what is required of them by the business and how they will be helped to achieve their goals.
